A quick look, you don't have a "v" in front of the app version in either place it's required.

Why would anyone pay for pirated apps?
People come here because they are cheap. They won't pay that's why they are here. And even if they weren't, why wouldn't anyone just simply buy the app which in the long run is cheaper, safer and less time consuming

If you're rooted, from a shell:

su

pm install -i "com.android.vending" -r /path/to/file/filename.apk

For me, if using internal storage, the path would be /storage/emulated/0/Download

This will also work on other apps like Pandora, TuneIn, etc
