With the modded versions of Balatan/MrDude and I assume this one too spotify connect works. However you are then running spotify from the other device. Unless this other device also has a modded version of Spotify you will receive ads etc unless you use a premium account.

It should work if you connect to your phone using bluetooth or airplay.

The OP is the latest released version with all mods - updated from the 'Christmas' version (red).

no one has posted any issue like that either here or within the group. I would verify you first login to their website, make sure your info to get in is correct. then clear the app data from the app, login, and see what happens. make sure you don't have the spotify version from the play store installed either. Only this app. If that doesn't work I would post your issues on Telegram, the link is further up in these posts for the support group for the app..
