Working if you uninstall, change location *on the desktop with VPN* then use VPN for same country on mobile

Yeah, Dogfood got stopped in mid-song and this acts as if I have no Internet and when it does work, it stops after ~10 sec.

I just got kicked off the older versions of this mod. I haven't tried the latest one yet but I'm not sure I understand why changing VPN location works. Seems like a very temporary fix. Hopefully the modders can come up with another fix.

I'm in AU and I've got this version in OP seems to be working. However, whenever I open the app, the "Home" tab shows "something went wrong screen". I can play my playlists and browse music to play.

What I did:

Uninstall current app
Reboot
Connect to Vpn HK on phone
Open phone browser and login at Spotify.com
Go edit profile, change location to HK
Clean Install the app in OP
Reboot
Connect to Vpn HK
Open app and Log in

Thanks, this worked. I also tried turning off the vpn after changing the location on spotify profile, and it still works (fingers crossed)

I can't change my location either. Most likely because I'm an idiot who signed up for Spotify with Facebook. Anyone have any alternatives or ideas of what we can do now or something because I don't know about you, but my phone is trash and all my space is being sucked up by system memory so downloading music on to my phone is out of the question.

bro.. first you need to set vpn on pc as HK or Singapore.. then visit spotify and change it on account settings.

Which vpn software do you use? I personally never used one
