I get the "Spotify has forced stopped" very frequently (Samsung S7 Edge). Even after restarting the phone without launching the application.
I cleared the cache and data of Spotify app from Android app settings menu and re-installed the app.
But still have this error message.

I get the same thing with S7. What I do is I placed a widget on my screen so after every use I force stop the app. Issue solved for me.

I dragged Spotify from app drawer to my main screen. After every use I long press on Spotify, choose app info than choose force stop.

That sad feeling when your are scrolling your feed hoping to see a new Spotify version and there is still nothing :/

my very smart friend suggested to have a parallel download of ad content BUT NOT render it. Create an option to pause playback during the time an annoying ad would usually play

now it behaves in a way far less likely to be detected.

You don't need to use bluestacks on a PC, just modify your hosts file to block spotify ads.

New phone rdy to install if so I was still using 46-575 on my other phone upto a week ago and I jus removed it for need of HD space cause I planned to put back on with newer phone as it has a generous size storage but confused if this works as some say it stopped and requires VPN

Delete your cache and reinstall a modded Spotify app. This may help.

It`s because you are torrenting the same app, only with a different icon (some sites tend to not changing anything....).

Spotify have removed some stuff like Car voice searching, and some other stuff like the abiltiy to use an alternate interface and playlist mode. The new versions don't offer anything new - just remove features really, probably because they floated on the Stock market and investors want to see a cleaner app with less free features available - that why looking at artists singles is not available on the free tier anymore.

All people wanting a newer version, there's nothing to be gained - if your account is not working, tough - make a new one or read the posts on here about linking your account with facebook (99% of issues are with that).

in your next mod, can you please start implementing the Facebook login?? Spotify no longer let`s users log into their Facebook Spotify account through the regular login button. it`s the only way i can log in and start using this apk. Thank you!!
