Can someone explain how the root version is installed? The YouTube Music app is preinstalled on my phone. I have root, but how do I remove the original app, and where do I put the modded app? Thanks.

remove it with titanium or any system app remover and install the modded one, also make sure that play store set to don't update apps by default.

Should I install the Magisk version or the root version? Is it possible to use the app without signing into an account? When I opened the version that was pre-installed, it gave me two options: sign in or use device files only. I chose the latter option, and it wouldn't let me search for songs.

Non root version doesn`t work for me anymore. Cant login as it says check your internet connection but I am connected. Needs an update imo

Modules --> (let it load) choose the + and just follow the one way
