Why would someone be on here if they pay for premium. If you`re already paying for it than you have no issues, congrats you already have offline downloads available to you. Be happy. Enjoy your premium subscription.

Really no point in updating spotify mod because offline and sound quality is server sided. Changing quality setting in spotify mod doesn't actually change it.
Deezer on the other hand is different and the sound quality setting actually works and the mod is regularly updated.
Bottom line: either use old spotify if you really need to or get premium or you can just use deezer

Because I asked them on their group to share the source from which they got the apk mod but they responded rudely with replies like "Hey, why do you care where we got it from??" and then "do you want to get banned?". All this just after politely asking if they could give me the website they got the mod from. Eventually they banned when I told them their behaviour was suspicious.

It`s very old version just renamed to new version which the Spotify hasn`t even released lol. The people in there are stupid they don`t know anything. They believe it`s a new version which has been released for a specific country

That's an old version that we did last year - just extract liborbit-jni-spotify.so and check the md5 value - it's the same as this.

I know that telegram group and I had already warned the group members a couple of months ago (if I remember well) with a public message of the scam by those who published these fake mods (I guess the admins), and that it was enough to check the md5 hex values to find out the scam.

To date, no one has answered me and they continue to download these mods believing they are good. I guess that's what is called "blind ignorance"
