I used a testkey to sign my mod. This also uses the same testkey. Hence, you're able to install it on top of my mod. It's really common for modders to use the same testkey.

Works, but keep getting that annoying message of location each time when app opens!

It doesn't work like that. It's not like I own the rights to the mod. Anyone is free to mod it.
If I mod v1 and v2 is released, anyone is free to mod it. If you're using the same method that I used in v1 then I would appreciate some credits as v1 mod helped you create the v2.

I checked this mod and it uses a completely different method to mod, i.e. it's not ripping my old work.

Sadly, downloading is what causes the auto-logout issue.
If you don't download any songs then your session doesn't get blacklisted by Jiosaavn.

Yes, even i tried to enable that but it was causing trouble. So will have to do just with the pro for the time being i guess.

Its says pro 9998 days, but the pro songs will not play?
