What specifically happens? The application crashes and closes, and an Android system message appears?
What previous versions did you return to? I am using this version and it works perfectly for me:

Yes, V1 works on Android 6 & 10 for me without the login / ads issue.
Further checks at 'Your Library', found that I could only use Shuffle Play for Artists and Albums but no issues at Playlists.
Reverted to an older version, v8.5.29.828.
However, many thanks to the modders for the release; for allowing us to play-play with Spotify.

It`s working great and one thing tho is apparently I can`t play albums and artists without shuffle, any of my saved playlists and liked songs are okay does anyone know a fix for it aside from the obvious work around?

I don`t get the difference between v1 and v2. I made a new account on the official Spotify app and installed v2 and logged in with the new account. But I still have the "next" "back" and "pause" buttons. I thought they should be gone and you can only navigate with swipes. Or did I get it wrong?

Close the app twice and open again, it will be fine

Kindly clear app data, login again and in settings do not touch anything in Social. (leave the social part as it is unselected)

Thanks Mr. Dude and Balatan for the mod, it was working perfectly for me till yesterday on my US account, but today everything is on shuffle, so I tried reinstalling and everything, when that didn't work, I used a VPN to connect to an Indian server and changed my account to India and now the playlist and albums aren't on shuffle, hope it helps to the others having the shuffle problem too.

I tried to login and the app freezed. I'm running 6.0.1 with stock Samsung launcher. After some seconds a message pops up saying that the app doesn't respond. I tried different accounts but no luck. I switched back to version 8.5.21.754 and that's the only version that works for me now. It's strange that I cannot login with all the accounts I've used before.

This is my first time trying this and I got v2 to work but I don't see any option to download for offline listening. Is that just not available or have I done something wrong?

It`s because Spotify india doesn`t have shuffle and skipping limit for its free users
