No issues.

Lot of detections in virustotal. (14 engines detected it,as Trojan)
Trojans, it's detected in my system security scanner too,(miui) .

Stop worrying about Trojans in patched apps or buy original apps. Apk is protected by a packer and that can be a reason for these Trojan alerts.

1. Stop using pirated/modded/patched apps if you worry about viruses/trojans. Buy stuff legally and enjoy.

2. Trojan alerts can be because of packers used by modders to protect their patches. If you still don't understand or worrying about it then goto: 1.
