I'm sorry but it works flawlessly on a Redmi Note 8 running android 9:

Testing it again, I had installed iSyncr app from the same developer, perhaps it does not like this release. I uninstalled that one, cleaned some folders, reboot, reinstall Rocket, working up to now.

Do you know of any Android music player having the feature to export ratings to a playlist? I'm used to rate music with Rocket Music Player, I tried to get them from the sqlite db where the player stores them but it's somewhat messy to match files to ratings, as it does not store info on the file names. iSyncr matches them nicely and stores info in an alternate database, but it seems it does not work well with this release.
