If you changed your lastfm username, you will need to logout and login again from this app.

I tried the bug report from Developer options > bug report > interactive report, but couldn't find anything when searching the package name in dumpstate.txt. Is there something else I should be looking for?

Try to use a logcat app from playstore, root is required.
