Can you upload it to datafilehost.com? (personal fav) ...or kingfiles/unlimitzone/oboom works fine too...

2) launch lucky patcher, patch license
3) AND patch LVL license
4) copy obb to android/obb
5) copy shop items from version 1.3.1 to android/data/com.imageline.FLM/files/shop-instr
6) launch FL studio with WIFI on (only once)
7) FL Studio extracts files and is ready to use

do you have enabled google billing and license verification in LP tools ? necessary!

did you copy shopitem zips from version 1.3.1 to data folder ? necessary!

did you patch both , automatic license AND LVL emulation, with LP ? necessary!

play around with WIFI on/off before starting app. it will work. i also had to make few tries

final little goodie : when app launches correctly - close it.
then extract all the .instr files from the shop items zips and copy them to folder

sdcard/Android/data/com.imageline.FLM/files/content/Instruments

now you have ALL in app instruments instantly.
if you find other .instr files on the net just copy them into above folder. there are a lot of them out there
