Certain videos like the movie trailers only has sound but no video, even though AdAway is disabled.

Thx for the tips. Tried. Still didn't work. But happy with v3.3. Guess the difference is background download gets quicker?

Uninstall the old one,
Use sd maid to clean up all app and system caches,
Install the new one,
Reboot,
Open.
Then fine.
Try it.

also white screen on zenfone 2 (5.0)/redmi note 3(5.1.1). reverting to previous version for now

1. clear data before uninstall previous version
2. uninstall previous version
3. install new version
4. Reboot phone
5. score

If only it was that easy. Unfortunately it has nothing to do with clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall. I'm just baffled that the video in question (movie trailers from Arts section) only play audio but not video.

The regular videos in other sections plays fine after whitelisting. It's not XPrivacy, YT AdAway, firewall, or anything else that I can find so far. I'm not sure what it could be at this point.

Regardless thanks for trying to help. Perhaps someone with more knowledge can figure out the problem. That is, if they even understand what I'm describing.
