No, this is simply an updated Economist app. Some major UI changes implemented, but the content still mirrors that of the (paper) Economist magazine.

Yep, constant adverts, although I downloaded 2.3.2 and that's showing adverts too.

Should be 2.4.2 at gp store.

Hey Kirlif, can you check "The Economist World in Figures". Have made an app request already.

The ads are part of the magazine itself. If you subscribed to the paper version you get the same ads.

The audio feature doesn't work in the latest issue, "The World in 2018". The app fails to download the tracks.

I'm not sure. I haven't even seen The World in 2018 pdf or audio editions on mobilism or other file sharing sites yet. I don't think it's officially out, as for now the updated Economist app is the only source where it's available.
