I am also having difficulty with Lucky Patcher in spite of reading online guides (there is no one size fits all method). If you could tell us what settings you use, we would be very grateful!

Do a multipatch with defaults for licence, ad (paying doesn`t really remove them) and in app purchases, install, go to subscribe, tick save purchases, and then go to restore purchases
