These mod extra Versions dont work with new android version, they don't download videos. Please have a look. or Please dont mod extra them just unlock premium please.
They dont download videos atleast from last 8 releases.

It seems an issue for Android 10 also. I am baffled why one or two people are coming forward stating there are no issues then there are several others that have consistently had this issue. I personally have noticed this going back many versions also.

i am on android 12 and videos are not downloading.. Can u please state your device and os. you must be using any skinned android. i own a pixel and a xiaomi phone both are on android 12 ands it doesnt work, last few post samsung and oneplus users also reported not working. this goes back from mod extra permission removals at least 6-7 releases back.

Every time we people report the problem one guys step up saying its fine without even thinking about it. Look at the last 4-5 releases every thread has same concerns .. its working for u, good But let us figure out how we can get it work. let us interact with the releaser atleast. ur one comment nullifies all our effort to atleast talk to the releaser.

Well Say what u must... Problem is not within the app itself I tried non mod version of app it works fine. Since its taken out of playstore we are relying on this and app DEV is too busy to provide us with mirror. Also stock android and stock rom are two very different things. Stock rom from a company doesn't means its stock android, it could be highly modified android rom(skin) but called as stock rom of that particular company. Stock android rom is on pixel, nexus devices nowadays in motorola too. It lacks basic features so people tend to install stock based custom roms which are not skinned but is based on AOSP tree.

Bro Version 1.9.9.1 has downloads working You can check that out. you will not miss out much from later updates...

In order to prevent apps having full reign over storage, Google introduced a new API called scoped storage.

Joey's downloads worked for me, so I can't really test this, but setting the scoped storage folder in Joey settings before starting a download may be worth looking into.
