Some (the majority, in fact) of the alternatives are pretty user hostile and absolutely torturous to use, particularly on a phone.
Relentless scam pop-ups offering dodgy downloads (the DL speeds are often dial-up), repeatedly overlaying captchas, which therefore become hard to complete, extended DL timer resets and porn video. I am now finding myself on ocassions, just using Mobilism to identify what is available and then simply waiting a bit until they appear on other sites to avoid this pain. I understand that hosting costs money and that some sites on the surface, may seem to offer a better business model - but at what cost?
Seems counter-productive to me if users are simply tempted to give up? I know I am not the only member to feel this way. Rant over!

Edit: I am not targeting Balatan here - it's just a general observation. I was not sure where else to post.

Thanks for the suggestion vonDubenshire. I have used AdGuard both on Desktop and in Android but often encounter different issues which can be just as frustrating. e.g. blank / frozen screens and alerts telling me to disable ad blocker (even with white-listing). I fully accept that I may not always be implementing the tool correctly but the 2 hosts I mentioned above seem to present the least level of pain (for me anyway) which is why I was requesting them to still be used.

Don't be so naive here. All those download sites pay the uploaders a certain amount of money per thousand downloads. Perhaps all those lousy or worse sites pay more...So...

Just buy premium. Then you can download with one click in the app. Saves a lot of time and frustration.
