i did renaming the file with alias not ful app name, still 0 downloads, and already blocked for violation.
that's insane.
but i still can download the file from the folder, maybe because i own the account.
anyway i deleted the old file and reuploaded new link.

edit:
it seems all of my files in my mediafire account that i posted here has been blocked.
no matter i upload new file, post in here, will also get blocked immediatly.
i'm sorry.

i think the problem is with anonym link.
if i click the link directly from this site, it comes out blocked.
but if i paste the url manually to address bar, it works fine.

if it says application not installed, probably because of different certificate used to sign this release, compared to previous version installed on your phone.
uninstall previous version on your phone before installing this, might solve your problem.
no need to use adb push, since it's not system app.

try to uninstall previous version installed on your phone, then install this version.
and make sure your settings on settings/Applications/ unknown sources is checked.
it should works.
