Use AeroInsta. had an update yesterday. Works perfect.

it will be fixed in the next version. In the meantime, the workaround (suggested by the app's dev, the_dise) works fine; it doesn't interfere with other Instander/Instagram functions.
> tap an hold the "home" icon. Developer options will open. => select "modify quick experiment settings" => search for "use mobile network stack service layer" => switch it off.
=> force stop Instander, relaunch it.
done.
