What does twifucker mean and how is it different from the releases back?

Anyone else finding scrolling a bit choppy? I came straight from Talon, so it could be that the base Twitter app just has this issue on the Pixel 7 Pro

This release and the previous one is very choppy when scrolling,but no ads, sponsored posts Etc
