In description, add app's description from playstore and put tlmod info under Mod info tag and set bold attribute to them.

Also change image to an actual image of the app, rather than a logo or banner of the name of the mod.

- Break command must be after first image and only once.
- Description has to be copied from playstorem
- Mod info had to be put under "Mod Info: tag with bold so it stands out in topic.
