I've been using it for a few months, today is the first day that I have a problem with it.
It'd be nice if they actually put a message on the downloader page that there is a problem ("May 30, we are having problems with downloading, we are working to resolve it. We will remove this message when the problem is solved").
I would not have been frustrated at all if I'd known it wasn't working. I tried it several times and rebooted and tried a few more times. Clearly other users are having problems too. One message would have helped many people and probably not had any complainers as a result
