I am also having problems - blue arrows do not appear to be working, it times out with no download. As previous poster says sometimes blue arrows are not there.

The issue is from our host's side, the server is currently down. We're working on getting it back up.

EDIT: server is back up, everything is back working.

No worries. I`ve been with you few years now and first time I`ve had issue like this. Considering VIP/lifetime is pennies compared to what we get in return then it can take as long as it takes to get back to working perfectly. Thanks again for all the hard work you all do.
