Doesn't work for me on Huawei watch wear 2.0 can't send face to watch
The app on the watch is stuck in infinite loop to showing choice Android o iphone and it will never display the actual face. Tried to change API as suggested and it did not help . Reset the watch also no dice.

Doesn't work with android wear 2.0 after v4.4.4.
Must need some patches on the wear device too.
Tried to force the 4.4.3 companion apk in the installed 4.5 phone app but it doesn't push it. I must have messed with packages auth...I'm far from an expert, got the ideas not the technique !

With 4.4.3, it gets the companion app from the phone. But on the wear device, you must uncheck the 'auto update' in the play store otherwise you'll get 4.6
