Captcha when PM-ing

Since when do I have to enter a captcha when sending a PM?
Even adding someone in the to-field already prompts this warning.

This only happens occasionally and should be over by now, please PM Disk4mat if your problem continues. Read here for an explanation: viewtopic.php?p=3038232#3038232

Yes, it stopped after posting here. Or rather, I just quit PM-ing and didn't encounter it again.
