Hi,

Unfortunately I am currently having problems when trying to download books via the blue arrow.

Every time I do so, I get an error:

Firefox: Firefox Can’t Open This Page

To protect your security, mblservices.org will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window.

Chrome: mblservices.org refused to connect.

Do you have any suggestions to remedy this problem?

What version of Firefox are you using? I'm on 80.0.1 and I don't have this issue.

I believe I have resolved this issue, luckily. I was using a VPN, and I think it was having a conflict with the browser. Once I switched it off, the premium downloader worked. Apologies for the time wasting.
