I'm a person that is running low on WRZ$, but, I can't afford the membership. So, I was wondering, could we have a place where those of us that are my situation, could we request a title for the more fortunate could fulfill, it would not be free, you'd have to pay 1wrz$, but would not be responsible for the "actual" book request.
