Not sure if this is where I post this message and please let me know if I am out of place here.

Today I am not able to directly download any files using the "arrow". I get a sad face icon.

I have tried to open Mobilism on both Opera and Chrome and have had the same results on both. I, also, cleared my cache but and re-booted Windows but that has not helped.

Is it a general problem or is it just me?

We haven't made any changes today and the blue arrows are working fine for me.

Thank you. It is working now but intermittently.
