I have logged in multiple times and every time i try to enter the books or magazines I get this message.

I have not been able to get search results either.

What's happening is that your board preferences in the user control panel are currently set to hide those particular forums, apparently.

ucp.php?i=prefs&mode=forums

Try using the link above to access that section of the site and set your preferences for what you want to be able to see. Make sure you hit submit on each page you make the changes on or they won't save.
