I use the ebook section exclusively and this suggestion is for that topic. There are a number of useful subjects scattered through out the topics such as how to fill out a book request, how to post a topic, dos and don'ts, use of threads, etc.

How about someone pulling these plus comments that the responses include help suggestion from individual uses into one topic? Maybe there could also be a request for help from users on a particular topic? It might include information that all newbies should know.

Usually I can find someone or something that answers my questions but takes a while. For instance, I've been looking for instructions on when & how one may request a mirror versus making a book request for a couple of weeks now, on and off and still haven't managed to location the information. I'm sure it's out there, the ebook community is very responsive and helpful, I just haven't come us with the correct wording to find it. Just a suggestion...

A Box set (Omnibus) is always allowed unless it is already offered along with the individual books in the same release, obviously.

All the other issues: connecting links, retail, ARCs, etc., are covered in the topic I mentioned in the previous post: Subject: [IMPORTANT] Rules for the ebook section

I know. not all things are completely covered in that post and other related posts. thought I try to ask again. it seems like such a burden to ask a green person every time I got a question.

Here are the parts of the topic where your questions are answered:
Phex wrote:If you are posting a series, please add connecting links (under your download links) to other books from that series which are already posted here to make things easier for users.
Phex wrote:Posters of lesser quality files will have the right to replace their files within a week from notice before the post is removed to make way for a new release.
Phex wrote:Posters of ARC files will be contacted by a moderator and offered a 24 hour deadline to replace their files with a final version of the book.

As I said to HollyB (opening post) we are working on it, we always take suggestions very seriously. But in the meantime I wanted to make sure you knew that all your questions were answered in the rules.
