Ok, so I have an Idea, say you have a device with a non standard resolution or you want something outed from a cab, why not ask a person with the knowledge to modify to his liking? Warez as reward should be granted to who ever did what ever.

Like I have non commercial programs that are from xda that I would really like to display properly on my Samsung Epix's 320x320 screen.

Also, the most requested can be modified first, like really popular things.

For some applications you can force resolutions. I cant remember what tweaking program does it but it works in some cases, most notably with adobe reader. In general however such modifications are not simple and would happen rarely. I dont think a whole section for them would be a good idea.
