Verified... To save your NFSUC data (cars/maps/etc) before upgrading (or before WebOSDoctor.)

cp /media/cryptofs/apps/usr/palm/applicatons/com.ea.app.nfsuc/res_nfsuc/gamedata
cp /media/cryptofs/apps/usr/palm/applicatons/com.ea.app.nfsuc/res_nfsuc/gamesett

put them in /media/internal

Update com.ea.app.nfsuc then put back your gamedata/gamesett

well i downloaded the updated NFS, and then transfered it over webOSquickinstall, since its a ipk file.
It transfered, and then the icon appeared on the device, but it doesnt start up
restarted, but same issue......but the card appears then disappears

do i need to do that terminal thing?

anybody else having this issue?

You cannot install these via webos quick install, the ipks are too large for were the program installs it. You need to first copy it to your media drive (usb mode), then open up the terminal app or get command line and do the following.

instructions;
copy .ipk to the following directory /media/internal then run "ipkg -o /media/cryptofs/apps install /media/internal/your_ipk_file_name.ipk"
reboot phone or do "stop LunaSysMgr && start LunaSysMgr"

thanks for the info, took me a few minutes till i realised that ?media/internal is what you see when you start the phone in USB mode lol

Do you have myTether with the "Wifi Patch" ? Even if you have the Wifi patch disabled, it'll do this (not play any 3D games).

After copying, remove the gamefolder from /media/internal
