I too confirm that "Hero of Sparta" works. German GSM Pre with WebOS 1.3.5.2. IPK installed vie WebOS QuickInstall 3.01. Took longer than I expected from the filesize but once it was done, everything worked.

How did you try to install it?

Ok, it's been dealt with a few times before, but why not: there are two ways. One would be via the terminal app, the other would be via SCP/SFTP. Both can be obtained via Preware.

Extract the RAR file and make sure, that the com.ea.app.tetristouch folder is the root folder (as in inside it is the appinfo.json, etc. and not another folder of the same name). Now connect the Pre to your PC and select USB mode. Copy the folder to the Pre. Disconnect the Pre and open the Terminal app.

Now enter following commands

cp -rf /media/internal/com.ea.app.tetristouch /media/cryptofs/apps/usr/palm/applications


Note 1: typing on the Pre's Keyboard can be a bit of a hassle. When entering the paths make extensive use of Sym+i, which will complete the name of the folder for you.
Note 2: Although it looks for some time as nothing happens, it is working in the background. Once finished the command prompt (root@palm-webos-device) will show up in the last line. As long as there is only a white square in the last line, it is still working.

If you are SCP/SFTPing you can skip the whole bunch about copying from PC to the Pre in USB mode and just copy the folder directly to
/media/cryptofs/apps/usr/palm/applications. Anywhooo, one way or the other: after it is done, restart your pre and you should be good to go.
If the game does not appear in the launcher or has got a crescent moon as an icon, something went wrong. Delete the copied folder via the command

and retry the operation.

One last note: once done and working, remove the game folder from the USB partition /media/internal. It saves space and wont let the music app index all music and SFX from the game.

P.S.: @cheifkeiff: Sharing is caring. If you have some apps, please post them, just as anybody else here would. Teasing and trading kind of defeats the warez purpose and mentality. As does paying for rapidshare

Sorry to be such a freakin noob but this is (I have WinMo and BB down)...i copied the com.ea.app.tetristouch folder into the phone (has "game" folder and 2 files in it). I then opened the terminal app and typed

"rootfs_open -w cp -rf /media/internal/com.ea.app.tetristouch /media/cryptofs/apps/usr/palm/applications"

closed and restarted and nothing...what am i typing wrong?

I tried typing it like this too...no new program installed.

cd / (press enter)

rootfs_open -w (press enter)

cp -rf /media/internal/*name of folder* /media/cryptofs/apps/usr/palm/applications/ (press enter)

cd / (press enter)

reboot (press enter)

me same problem.but all ipks work only scrable not.!
