I have spent many tymes to convert and upload videos for ppc, optimized for HD2 but suitable for almost any device,
but now cannot post theme?

Are you trying to post into the categorized sections? Or to Movie Releases. Everything has to be posted to Movie Releases. Also make sure your HD2 Optimized movies are QVGA or VGA and not anything larger.

Are 480x800, but suitable for any device which can resize the output to the display, almost any!
