Nothing to do with your personal download quota. It's a message from rapidgator. See

Hi all. My membership expired and I've gotten totally spoiled and miss it. I remember I got it during some sort of sale/promotion. I was just wondering if someone could point me to where I should watch for another promotion? I can't remember where I saw it.

Whenever there's a discount it's visible at the top of all topics from all sections.

Seems like logging in once (rather than every time you use the Premium Downloader) doesn't work on any of the Chromium-based browsers now, but works on Firefox. We're looking for a solution for Chromium-based browsers.

Has a fix for this been found?

If not, to avoid repeating this question and unnecessarily taking up the valuable time of the fantastic mods, where exactly should I look for the solution once it's been sorted and posted?

Been a member here for years and I can't say enough how much is appreciated to all those that have contributed to the success of what it is now. I didn't hesitate to pay for premium and finally decided to purchase a lifetime platinum account. What you get out of here basically pays for itself and then some.

Are you using a Chromium-based browser? (Like Chrome...) If so, it's a known issue, I think.
