You're not going to get very far without a dive certification (in most any diving career), but are you a salvage diver?
edit by sherlockx - actually although I am internationally qualified as a commercial diver I can tell you that in virtually every country there is no restriction on buying a full range of dive gear and using it. If you wish to work for someone then yes they will want to see qualifications & med cert

Do we have to guess the precise part of the job you actually do? (for example not an accountant but a tax return accountant for the x firm?)
