It was a hard job picking the bonus winners
I've been reviewing them all day. Everybody really deserves a reward because every response met the criteria for Pick'em
We were pleased with the results. But unfortunately, WRZ$ don't grow on trees (or do they), so we had to narrow it down. Now normally, we would select the 7 best. However, on the Eve of our Anniversary, we are going to double down and do the top 14 as a special thank you to all the people that have made Sports Center a success during the past year

I will admit that after reading all the entries, I think people are really capturing the true Pick'em Spirit
Team Spirit - 1 I really agree with this one = Carole16 with "Cos Blackhawks sound bad ass!"
Team Spirit - 2 So true also = SebHusPup with "Like the team’s logo (Vancouver)"
Research Award - 1 Wrong guess, but I like the logic = wellwhocares with "Its a shorter flight to Chicago from Washington D.C., were Vancouver played last, then it is from Edmonton to Chicago, where Chicago played last. Travel can catch up, even with both teams having an off day"
Research Award - 2 Interesting research, but I would have thought that this would have made her pick Chicago = Angel Sardar with "the Canucks have six games in the next 10 days, including back-to-backs next week in California against the Kings and Ducks, this could get interesting."
Made Me Laugh - 1 I really liked this one = shelleyann01 with "Canada Rules and America Drools."
Made Me Laugh - 2 After repeating this one a few times, I also liked it = sr55 with "because i like to pronounce chicago as chica-go it's fun"
Animal Love - 1 I should have guessed that this would come up
= hija with "Because frog is how some british will refer to french..., so I'm feeling like I'm supporting countrymen when the Pick'em is presented this way"Animal Love - 2 I had to look this up because I really thought she was making this up, but she wasn't = WordDiva with "I was supporting Chicago Blackhawks, I went with the whole French being referred as Frogs, so I was going JG but since Hija went on same thing too! I am supporting Peacock which is our pride our National Bird"
