Australia's stand-in captain Tim Paine has revealed Steve Smith and Cameron Bancroft are going through emotional turmoil following a "strange, horrible 24 hours" after admitting to their role in the ball-tampering scandal that has rocked Australia cricket.
Smith was stood down as Australia captain for the remainder of the third Test against South Africa, which the tourists lost by 322 overnight in Cape Town, before being handed a one-match ban by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
Australia vice-captain David Warner was also removed from his position on the fourth day in Cape Town.
The ICC did not ban Bancroft, instead punishing his ball-tampering charge with a hefty fine and three demerit points.

Ever since the Olympics, we have tried to come up with a lot of different types of contests to keep you entertained and amused. Some seem to work better than others
We've had
TRIFECA - Pick three horses
FIGHT NIGHT - Will the favorites win
AUTO RACING - Pick the winner of an Auto Race
SQUARES - Our Box Pool where the score matters
Daily Double and Pick Two- Pick the winner in two events
Triple Play - Pick three winners for big rewards
Pick'Em - An even match up where you have to give us a reason why you made that pick
Biggest Loser and Slaughter Rule - Who is going to lose by the most or how bad will the slaughter be
And a host of others that we have tried.
To help us fine tune what we are doing here, it's time for Poll/Contest #3
This one will consist of two questions.

Which type of contest do you like the most?

#1 - Pick'Em - This was hard to chose because, well, because I AM the leader in points gathered for March Madness(a fact I enjoy immensely
