PGA action continued on Thursday with the The Players Championship, a professional golf tournament played every March at the TPC at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. We divided the top 30 golfers into three groups of 10, and to win we had to predict which group would shoot the lowest score of the day, i.e. Round 1. Our choices — Group 1, 2, 3, or The Field.

The Players Championship always produces one of the best fields of the golf season. This year's edition of one of the best non-major events of the season is no different as 48 of the top 50 players in the world teed up at TPC Sawgrass on Thursday. Sergio Garcia made two eagles, including one at the last to put himself in the driver's seat to become just the second golfer since 2004 to win this event for a second time, carding a 7-under 65.
