We had some exciting NASCAR action on Sunday at the The Instacart 500, a 312-lap NASCAR Cup Series stock car race held at the Phoenix Raceway in Avondale, Arizona. We split the top drivers into three groups. Our choices — Group 1, 2, or 3, or The Field, with a shot at a bonus for picking who would take home the Championship title.
Final results:
WINNER - Martin Truex Jr.
2nd - Joey Logano
3rd - Denny Hamlin
Martin Truex Jr. surged into the lead on a late restart during Sunday's Instacart 500 and cruised to his first victory of the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season, taking the checkered flag ahead of the field by 1.698 seconds to snap a 29-race winless streak and earn his first Cup Series win at Phoenix Raceway.

Monday night brought us two close NHL match ups. To win we had to guess the winner in each. The favorites are in bold and red.
GAME ONE
Boston Bruins vs. Pittsburgh Penguins
The Bruins opened the scoring with a power-play goal at 6:47 in the first period but the Penguins took the lead later in the first and never looked back with Guentzel scoring into the empty net to make the final score 4-1.
GAME TWO
Montreal Canadiens vs. Winnipeg Jets
Carey Price made 34 saves in his 700th career game and Tyler Toffoli iced the win with an empty-netter — his second goal of the game — as the Habs ended a two-game mini-skid 4-2.

NIT DAILY DOUBLE
While the "Big Dance" starts on Friday, the teams that didn't make the final field for March Madness still have "another" tournament... The National Invitational Tournament. The NIT used to be the big dance, but then the NCAA Tournament became number one while the NIT was put into the background. Two first round games are being played on Wednesday.
