SPORTS CENTER CONTEST #89SLAUGHTER RULESLAUGHTER RULE IS BACK!Have you ever been watching a team sporting event and it’s getting REALLY UGLY. One team is simply pounding the other. There is still tons of time left in the game, but it was over after the first two minutes. When we were kids, they had something called the “Slaughter Rule”. It was used when the adults in charge could see the handwriting on the wall, and just end the game, saving the over matched team any further embarrassment. Well, sometimes, I wish they would do that in professional sporting events.
So in this contest, we aren’t asking you to predict winners or losers. We can already pretty much figure out who is going to lose. Your job is to pick which of the three pathetic and over matched losers will get beat by the most runs.
INFORMATIONSince this is all about scoring, the “odds” don’t really matter.
Believe me when I say, the three chumps I’m serving up are HUGE UNDERDOGS!
