(But Atlanta had to score 6 runs in the bottom of ninth to avoid a loss )

New York Yankees 10 vs Kansas City Royals 1

And as you can see, the Yankees did the best job of mauling their opponent...
So those that took KANSAS CITY are today's winners and will share the pool.

as much as I hated seeing my lone Canadian team eliminated it is a pleasure to watch and see history unfolding with what the Golden Knights have accomplished thus far..and if luck and skill can hold... whoo eee... I wish I was in Vegas because being there in the next couple weeks could be a really interesting indeed

They have been denied Major League Sports Franchises in the past due to their Casinos/Sports Books laws.
And the Golden Knights represent their first major sport franchise.
For the Golden Knights to do this in their FIRST YEAR...

And since my Chicago Blackhawks sucked this year...
