What is it?

A contest to test your imagination.

How do you play?

Every round a different story will be hinted at. We provide the start and the end of a story and you have to fill in the middle part.

Time? You’ve got 1 hour since the start of the contest after which it will be closed and the entries checked.


Rules:

• Only one post per person per round. Any more and all of your posts will be ignored.
• NO copying your neighbours. Your story has to be unique and different from the other posters.
• No need to write a book. Min 20 words, max… just don’t write a book please .
• Readable English only.
• Giberish won’t be accepted. Text has to make sense and complete the plot from our first line to the last line.
• Nothing offensive please!
• No photos, no gifs, no videos. Only writing.
• You can edit your post while the contest is open because not everybody cna tpye the first time … or the secnd. But be careful because the time stamps will be checked in case of duplicates.
• Where a post has been edited resulting in duplicates, then the last one in time gets disallowed.
• A duplicate entry is the one with the same plot or concept even with different words.

The bell rings, all the kids come out and he throws herself in her arms and tells her all about the wonderful things he's done at school.
Years have passed now, and her son just got married and left on his honeymoon.
So, feeling like visiting old memories, she gets back to the park where she first met her husband.
The woman sits alone in a park.

A woman is waiting in front of a school. As students are dismissed, she brightens at the approach of a child, who then breaks into a run toward a man walking up and hollers "Daddy.." An hour later, The woman sits alone in a park.

She has her eye on the clock and list of the students who are supposed to get on the bus for their field trip to the museum, she is so utterly fed up with these social media obsessed hormonal teenagers with their disregard for being on time or maintaining any semblance of discipline in their life, she is sad for them, this utter disregard will not serve them in future if they don’t have any. Finally everyone is onboard and she signs off to the driver to take off and then

She falls against the wall where a fire alarm is placed. The alarm goes off and she panics, running fastly outside and into the nearest park. She hears the sirens of a firetruck in the distance. The woman sits alone in a park.

A woman was waiting in front of a school.

A car came to pick her up. It was her long-awaited boyfriend. They drove to the Avenue Park as they had planned for their 1 week anniversary picnic.
The sun was bright when they arrived. As they were unpacking things, she found out that he had forgotten to bring sunscreen lotion along. She screamed at him: “ What a jerk you are! I told you to bring something for me and you’re alway like this!”
He talked back at her. They fought bitterly.
As no one compromised, he left for good.

The woman sat alone in the park, without her sunscreen lotion, without her boyfriend, being left with a lonely heart and a grumpy soul.

A woman is waiting in front of a school at 3:29 PM, rose in her hand. What a strange place and time to start a date, she thought. Had her friends set her up with a school teacher?. Just as the clock struck the half hour, a horde of teenagers broke through the front doors. At the very front a slightly chubby young was looking around eagerly, a matching attached to his backpack. "They set me up with a CHILD?!!." The woman thought. Humiliated, the woman ran across the street to the park and sat on the bench. Happily alone.
