A REMINDER...
THE SQUIRREL
I asked you which of the squirrels would be the first to come begging today as I sat on my porch reading...
These were the potential beggars
A. Climber
B. Piggy
C. Wimp
D. Lady
E. Acrobat
F. Other
B. Piggy
This is the first day we've had above freezing in a long time.
And the squirrels were out in force, hunting for whatever they could find.
While I didn't go out and read, I did place a lot of almonds on the back porch and then just waited for the feeding frenzy to begin.
Wimp was the first to notice and came running. But Piggy had a shorter distance to go, and when he started racing in, Wimp took off like a bat our of hell. So Piggy was the first, but not the last.
Needless to say, everybody got their fair share today.
