What is it?
- Scrabble Mash is a contest where you need to use all the tiles provided to make a grid of words. Each word must be connected to at least one other word in scrabble fashion. A full match will contsist of 10 Rounds.
- First round, each player will start with 7 randomly generated scrabble tiles (each players tiles are from an individual full set of scrabble tiles, excluding the blank tile), players fill in the grid forming words across and down, connected in a continuous scrabble pattern. In each successive round, players will be given 2 more tiles which must be incorporated into your word grid in order to score the round.
- Unlike scrabble, you can rearrange any of your tiles as many times as you like while you try to incorporate them in words. If you are unable to use all the tiles in a round (or simply wish to skip the round), you may choose to do so, penalties will apply.
How do you play?
- Subscription rounds will be open for 24 hours.
- Players will have 24 hours to fill in their grid with their tiles in each round, If all players have posted their grids early, new tiles may be provided sooner.
- You may write your letters on the grid or you can download the tiles provided below. If you write them in you need to also provide the tile value's (for ease of scoring). (See below for instructions on how to add your tiles to the grid).

Rules:
- Only one post per player
- EDITING will only be allowed for 10 minutes after your post. If you feel you added your points incorrectly do not worry, I will be double checking them and your posting them is just a guidline.
- Words played side by side must also form words for all letters that are along side each other.
- You are give two new tiles each round and you must then incorporate these into your word grid. You may rearrange any of the tiles at any time to achieve this.
- If you complete a round successfully (by using all the tiles), you score for each word formed according to the letter value of each tile.
- If you cannot use all tiles in a round, or wish to move to the next round, you must post accordinly. If so, you will not score any points for that round, and the point value for the new tiles will be deducted from your totals.
- All words must be in the Collins Dictionary - Official Scrabble Word Check. Words that are not allowed to be played include suffixes, prefixes, abbreviations and words that requires the use of a hyphen or apostrophe.
- Scoring:
- Each letter has a score value as indicated by a number on the tile. The score values of the horizontal words and vertical words are totaled. The letter used where a vertical and a horizontal word crosses is counted twice in scoring.
