I found them odd and funny too (especially when siluasap actually commented on one ) . But the post title style is exactly like that of the spammers .

Yeah best keep an eye on it . Lets hope he\she\it doesn't trick siluasap into buying any magic ointment for the stones in her yard

Most difficult to follow up is the ebook section, impressive how fast they get posted!
