So, I was supposed to be working more today, but unfortunately, my license plate was somehow stolen right under my nose. I just got finished talking to the police...so I can't work the rest of my shift or tomorrow (because I drive for my current job until I start the new one). Now i'll need to go get a new license plate on Monday so I can get back to work.

It's not about the permit. I need to get a tag and the DMV isn't open until Monday. Can't drive around without the tag. I do have an incident card the cop gave me so if I get pulled over I can show them, but if I got pulled over, it would take time and it's a liability to my job if I don't have the tag on while driving for them. It sucks but I can't work until Monday. And this is my last week at this job too...bc of my new job. Well, sometimes life is just crazy and throws curveballs.
