Good morning!
Hi! @ pjm, matina, Ice, yousofine
Love turkey, but I know what you mean. I often end up feeling like I'm going to explode during Thanksgiving dinner.
Thankfully it's only once a year. Plus you're left with lots of leftover turkey to make sandwiches, soup, etc.
@pjm: Love seeing Sunnya in her element. I bet she had a great time outdoors.

Yum, turkey meals! Enjoy!
There are only a few places in Taiwan that serve turkey (usually in american restaurants), so it's nice when I can have it. They do import a few turkeys for Thanksgiving, so I'm going to see if I can get one next month, a couple of weeks before 11/24.
I tried roasting my first turkey my first year in university. It came out a bit dry because I didn't baste it enough. Do & learn is the motto, so I tried my hand a few more times until it was good enough. Haven't roasted one in over a decade though.
