matina, thanks . . . am just back from my afternoon errands and didn't see any sugar gliders or koalas en route . . . nor did I see any young ladies in bikinis. 'Spring' temperatures here have dropped to about 10 degrees and it's now drizzling. No day for beachwear in the upper Blue Mountains!

Apart from the damp cockatoos on the front veranda, all the local animals are hiding in their various snug holes and caves today! matina, those were other people ahead of me, in the previous pictures. Am not going out bush walking today until well after the fog and mist clears!

hi bear Im so so better after having a massage but Ive done something to my right Achilles heal it hurts like hell so going for a lie down and to ice it to see if the pain eases and i get some better movement at the moment hop along wolf am i lol;-)

matina . . . you know, drinking all that water every day has seemed to solve the problem 100%. Wish I'd thought of it earlier. Glad the massage helped helped you. Coincidentally, I also have a chronic tightness/pain in my left Achilles tendon, which goes away after I walk for 10-15 minutes or so. This has been going on for nearly a year. Wonder if I'm sitting the wrong way. Right one is fine. Still raining here and cockatoos have eaten all their seeds already. 12 of them watching me, wanting more! Here's a picture of a wet one . . .
