im feeling better thank you all for your concern and care and good wishes.
my chiropractor is great he looked at my heel and told me to keep icing it and stretching it for the next 2 weeks and it if doesn't get better. then i have to have an xray as it may be a spur growing outward just under the Achilles tendon if that is the case then surgery so i am praying it is a bruise and will heal in 2 weeks good news is, it is improving so fingers and toes crossed all goes well as it is my right foot that i use for driving ;-(
